Hi guys, we've decided to pull out updates on this blog and leave it as a recollection-to-go site. It has long served as our domain during our early days in high school and art college.

If you do check in, great! There's a bunch of links on the right side of the blog (on desktop, not mobile) which are pretty handy. Our pinterest serves as a collection of references and guides from peeps all over the net. And we had a kinda walk-through post where we built our own light table at 16.

Everything is awesome! with Lego tablet docking stand! (part 2)

 

TABLET LEGO DOCKING STAND 2.0 (ver.3)

 

Over the course of the months, I slowly modified the old clunky docking stand with better holding support over some frustration of having the holding support breaking everytime. Thanks to a help of a friend, Aaron Koh, he intervened and gave it a locking hold so it wont break off easily.

 

Major improvement on the stand, was the rotating hinge and back lean support. Overall, it actually changed a lot. xD

HTTYD - Night Flight

Been off a while since I had projects to focus on in college. My bad.

I've recently been catching up with DreamWorks' Dragons: Riders of Berk series, and it was pretty awesome the fact the render and composition was so well-done, it looks like it could be a movie itself! Although targeted for younger audiences, I still love checking out the characters(Hiccup's gang) and the dragons they partner throughout the series, I mean wow...just do yourself a favor and watch it. And in the process, I also get to discover the artist I was looking for. 

I usually love to gaze or do works that has something with night sky, or the space like this. (cue treasureplanet) It gives me the vibe that the world is huge and many adventures is waiting out there, as the playing field is just so vast. It makes you feel as if it's magical wonder out there, since we still have yet to learn the mysteries of space. 

Sorry I talk a lot of outerspace, but it's just so fascinating. Anyways, gonna quote Long John Silver's shiny words to dear Jim-bo, and for us and every aspiring artists out there : Look at you! Glowing like a solar fire. You're something special, Jim. You're gonna rattle the stars, you are!

Take on TMNT Season 2 Finale

Leo is really great after being able to survive two life-threatening  encounters with major villains (ps Kraang Prime & Shredder) at the end of both seasons. So I had to do one more comic about Shredder not really finishing him off as he always wanted..(well, isn't he?)

I do TMNT fancomics from time to time either spoofing and putting my own take on a particular scene/episode when I have an idea. Anyhow, you can check out the rest of our TMNT fanarts here.

Dinosaur Life - Old Gems

Way to start the January of the year by having some of our unseen works we did in the past being put up here :)

These works were some of the stuff we wanted to pull off when we had a webcomic in mind, but that was years ago. We decided the story and direction is more suited to a short (or a film!), thus we're in the development of that.

So, there you go, more Spen & Tyran moments, as well as other character and their world they live in~
